When is the next Disclosure Report due and what is the reporting period? 1) The next report for candidates running in the 2008 elections is the Final Election Period Report covering the period January 1, September 21 or October 21 through November 4, 2008. The report is due no later than 11:59 p.m. Hawaii standard time on December 4, 2008. The last day to file an Application For Public Funds for the primary and general elections is December 4, 2008. Also, the Expenditures of Public Funds Report for public funds received in the general election is due no later than 11:59 p.m. Hawaii standard time on December 4, 2008. 2) The next report for candidates not running in the 2008 elections is the Supplemental Report covering the period July 1 through December 31, 2008. The report is due no later than 11:59 p.m. Hawaii standard time on February 2, 2009. 3) The next report for Noncandidate Committees is the the Final Election Period Report covering the period October 21 through November 4, 2008. The report is due no later than 11:59 p.m. Hawaii standard time on December 4, 2008. Disclosure reports filed by a candidate committee shall be certified as true and correct by the candidate and treasurer or in the case of a noncandidate committee, the reports shall be certified by the chairperson and treasurer. Where any reporting deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the reporting deadline shall be the next succeeding day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday.
