    You may be eligible for compensation from the Crime Victim Compensation Commission (CVCC) if you were:

  • Directly injured in the incident
    (Medical/Mental Health Therapy Expenses);

  • Not injured but engaged in business/educational activities at the site of the mass casualty
    (Mental Health Therapy Expenses Only);

  • Witnessed the incident
    (Mental Health Therapy Expenses Only); or

  • Relative of a deceased victim
    (Mental Health and Funeral Expenses Only).
