			(BRFAs).  Boundary coordinates described
			under Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR)
			Chapter 13-94 (Effective September 22, 2007)
			of the Department of Land & Natural Resource's
			Division of Aquatic Resources (DLNR-DAR).

Geog. Extent:		Main Hawaiian Islands (rectangle encompassing the
			region from Ka'ula Rock to the Island of Hawaii)

Projection:	      	Transverse Mercator

Datum:			North American Datum 1983 (Zone 4)

Description:		Legally defined boundary points for closed
			portions of the 12 Bottomfishing Restricted
			Fishing Areas in the Main Hawaiian Islands
			(MHI = 8 southeasternmost Hawaiian Islands
			including Kauai, Ni'ihau and Ka'ula Rock.

History:		Geographic boundary points defined und HAR 13-94
			as amended December 8, 2006. Coordinates provide
			closest rounded degrees minutes and seconds to
			provide legal boundaries to mariners. Layer
			created by M.K. Lowe (2007).

Attributes:		Points:

	FID		Point Feature. Internal Arc/Info sequential
			point number for the coverage.

	SHAPE		Point.

	POINT		Points are identified with a two-digit alphanumeric
			code.  The first letter represents which BRFA (they
			are lettered A through M, skipping I, in a
			northwest-to-southeasterly direction). The second
			digit is a number (1-5, starting from the NW quadrant
			of each area and moving in clockwise direction).

	LATITUDE	Decimal degrees North Latitude

	LONGITUD	Decimal degrees West Longitude

	POINTNUM	Identifying number only ("POINT" minus the letter,
			for use in labelling)
