Home Ownership Assistance Program

Mission Statement
The purpose of the Home Ownership Assistance Program (HOAP) is to prepare and equip Native Hawaiians for homeownership. HOAP offers three (3) vehicles to address barriers that Native Hawaiians may face in achieving homeownership or preserving their home. The first is Financial Literacy services, second Job Training and Placement, and finally Addiction Treatment Services.
