Forms are also available at most fishing supply, sporting goods, DBOR Boating offices, or DAR offices.
You can print out this page, then fill in the form and sign it. Attach a photocopy of your HA registration card from Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation or the front page of your U.S. Coast Guard documentation form showing your current number. Take both items to your nearest DAR office, or mail it to ATTN: BF Registration, Division of Aquatic Resources, 1151 Punchbowl St., Rm. 330, Honolulu, HI 96813. You can also FAX it to: (808) 587-0115.
Your registration will be entered into a computer database and a postcard will be printed and mailed back to you. The postcard verifies your registration and should be carried on your vessel at all times. You must also display the "BF" identification letters and numbers on your boat.
