Proposed Amendments to Chapters 13-231 and 13-256, Hawaii Administrative Rules DOBOR posted the following documents so KBRC members could review the proposed rules before the council's scheduled meeting on July 11, 2007. The public had an opportunity to comment on the proposed rules, which follow the Kaneohe Bay Master Plan, at that meeting. The public will have an additional opportunity to comment on the proposed rules when an official public hearing is held. Announcements for that public hearing will be placed in local publications and posted on the DOBOR web site.
