LAHAINA - The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) will host a public information meeting on its Lahaina Small Boat Harbor Ferry Pier Project on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the West Maui Senior Center, 788 Pauoa Street in Lahaina.

GOVERNOR LINGLE RELEASES $4,190,000 FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO ALA WAI SMALL BOAT HARBOR - 3/3/2008

HONOLULU - Governor Linda Lingle has released $4,190,000 for improvement projects at Ala Wai Small Boat Harbor, including the replacement of docks B, C and D; transient docks; and the row 700 and row 500 docks, as well as land infrastructure upgrades.

DLNR OPENS NEW FLOATING "F" DOCK AT ALA WAI HARBOR

HONOLULU&emdash; The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) celebrated the opening of the new "F" dock at Ala Wai Small Boat Harbor with a blessing today. The 650 foot long by 88 foot long state-of-the-art modular dock system was fabricated in Hawai'i and was installed along with water and electrical utilities, marina power pedestals, gangway, dock boxes and access gate.
