Renewal

Biennial June 30 every even numbered year

Online renewals begin on May 5, 2008 10a.m. (HST)

Renewal Applications will be mailed out in early May

Click here to renew your Motor Vehicle, Auction (AUC), Broker (CB), Consumer Consultant (CCV), Salesperson (CS), Branch Location (MVB), Dealer (MVD) license online and receive a 25% Customer Appreciation Credit (CAC) on your renewal (REN) fee and a 10% discount on your Compliance Resolution Fund (CRF) fee.

Details of the discounts are included on your renewal application.  Discounts are available for online renewals only.  Online renewals begin May 5, 2008 10a.m. (HST).  Renewal deadline is midnight (HST), June 30, 2008.  Late renewals must be submitted by mail or in person.

Failure to timely renew by the renewal date will result in the forfeiture of the license.

Pursuant to Section 436B-14.5, HRS, any license held by a member of the armed forces, National Guard, or a reserve component that expires, is forfeited, or deemed delinquent while the member is on active duty and deployed during a state or national crisis shall be restored if certain restoration requirements are met.  Click here to access the "Military Renewal and Restoration Information Sheet".
